Welcome to RosterRig! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our custom sportswear products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Custom Orders and Production

Design Approval: All custom orders require your approval of a digital proof (mockup) before production begins. It is your responsibility to carefully review the spelling of names, numbers, colors, and logo placements. Once you approve the proof, production starts immediately, and changes cannot be made.
Color Accuracy: While we strive for perfect color matching, slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen displays and the sublimation printing process. These minor variations are not considered defects.
Sizing: Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizes. We strongly recommend reviewing our size charts before ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes ordered by the customer.

2. Intellectual Property and Design Files

Your Content: By uploading logos, artwork, or design files to RosterRig, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to these materials or have obtained explicit permission from the copyright owner to use them.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RosterRig from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from copyright or trademark infringement related to the design files you provide.
License: You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your design files solely for the purpose of producing your order.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price you pay is the price locked in at the time you place your order.
Full payment is required before production begins. If a payment fails or is reversed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

4. Return and Refund Policy (Custom Products)

Because our products are custom-made specifically to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizes ordered, or minor color variations.

However, if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., incorrect spelling caused by our error, severe misprints, damaged fabric, or wrong items shipped), please contact us at hello@rosterrig.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and clear photos of the defect. If the defect is verified, we will repair or replace the item at our cost.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website to:

Upload any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or promotes violence.
Upload design files that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others (e.g., using unauthorized professional team logos).
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our website's infrastructure.

RosterRig reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RosterRig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
