How to Order Custom Jerseys

Ordering your custom sportswear at RosterRig is simple and stress-free. Whether you are buying a single jersey for yourself or outfitting a full team, we offer two easy ways to get started.

Choose the option that best fits your needs below.

Option 1: Quick Online Order (For Simple Customizations)

If you only need a standard size with player names, numbers, or a simple text/logo, you can place your order directly on our product pages.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Choose Your Style: Browse our categories (Basketball, Soccer, Baseball, etc.) and select the jersey you like.
Select Color & Size: Choose your preferred color and size. (Tip: Check our Size Guide to ensure the perfect fit).
Personalize It:
- Look for the "Personalization" box below the size options.
- Enter your desired Text (e.g., Player Name).
- Upload your Image/Logo (JPG, PNG, or WebP).
Add to Cart & Checkout: Review your details and proceed to checkout.
Proof Confirmation: After you order, we will email you a digital mockup within 24 hours. We will not start production until you reply and approve the design.

Option 2: Team & Complex Custom Orders (Contact Us)

Do you need to order 10+ jerseys for a team, want to add sponsor logos, or need help with custom color matching and layout design?

Because your requirements are unique, we highly recommend contacting our expert team directly. We will provide you with a dedicated design service and the best bulk pricing.

How it works:

Contact Us: Email us at [hello@rosterrig.com] or use the contact form on our website.
Send Your Requirements: Let us know your sport, estimated quantity, sizes, and send us any logos or design ideas you have.
Free Design & Quote: Our design team will create a free digital mockup for you and provide a final quotation.
Approve & Pay: Once you are 100% happy with the design and quote, we will send you a secure payment link.
Production & Delivery: We start production immediately and ship your jerseys to your doorstep.

What Happens After You Order?

No matter which option you choose, here is our standard production process:

📧 Step 1: Design Proofing (1-2 Days): We create a digital proof for your approval.
🏭 Step 2: Production (7-14 Days): Once approved, our factory begins sublimation printing, cutting, and sewing.
📦 Step 3: Quality Control: Every single jersey is inspected for spelling errors, color accuracy, and stitching quality.
✈️ Step 4: Shipping (5-10 Days): We ship your order via DHL/FedEx with a tracking number sent to your email.
